Canada’s national geomatics and geospatial conference and trade show is at the Big Four Roadhouse, inside the BMO Centre at Stampede Park, Calgary, Alberta, from Monday 26 October through Wednesday 28 October 2026.
Monday 26 October is a free Community Day. The Canadian Geomatics and Geospatial Advisory Forum runs from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the Expo Main Stage. This year’s discussion is skills, hiring and the geomatics workforce, moderated by Carina Butterworth. The Monday evening social is at The Unicorn Superpub in downtown Calgary from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Exhibitor move-in is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the same day. The organizer’s FAQ says the event runs from 8:00 a.m. Monday to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 October are the conference and trade show. Four technical programs share one floor: GIS, Geospatial Data and AI; Surveying, AEC and Subsurface; Aerial Remote Sensing; and Reality Capture and Digital Twins. Eve Psalti of Microsoft AI gives the opening keynote at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Craig Martin of Hexagon Geosystems gives the closing keynote at 4:45 p.m. the same day. Geo Fast Pitches are at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 28 October. The Canada Maps and Poster Gallery is on the trade-show floor both days.
Late registration on the official ticket page, through 25 October 2026, lists a full conference pass at CAD 500 plus a CAD 10 booking fee, a two-day trade-show pass at CAD 135, and a one-day trade-show pass at CAD 85, before taxes. Student passes are CAD 200 for two days and CAD 125 for one day, with student ID checked at registration. Community Day and the Monday evening social are free, and both are included with a paid pass.
