China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair (CCBF)
The China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair (CCBF) is Asia’s leading event dedicated to children's literature and publishing. The 2025 edition concluded successfully, and exhibitor applications for the 2026 fair are currently open, with early bird rates available until May 30, 2026.
Main Exhibits and Programme Categories
- Spotlight on New Books: An initiative launched in 2025 to foster global exchange and promote the international reach of high-quality original children's books, serving as a premier launchpad for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Children Plus – COMICS: An exhibition exploring the world of comics, divided into international and domestic sections. The international section is curated by a team led by Grazia Gotti and Mariaelena.
- Illustrators' Highlights: Features the Illustrators Survival Corner, the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition, and Illustrators Avenue to showcase artistic talent.
