AusRAIL - 23–25 Nov 2026 | The national conference and exhibition of the Australasian Railway Association 2026
AusRAIL 2026 is the national conference and exhibition of the Australasian Railway Association. The organiser lists the show as Monday 23 November through Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia.
The event brings together passenger, freight and heavy-haul operators, rollingstock manufacturers, contractors, rail suppliers, consultants, and government and industry representatives from Australia, New Zealand and beyond. On the published program, Monday 23 November is a pre-event day for registration and exhibitor bump-in, and the exhibition is not open to visitors that day. The exhibition opens at 08:00 on Tuesday 24 November and continues on Wednesday 25 November. Thursday 26 November is listed only as a post-event day for site tours around Brisbane, not as an extra exhibition day.
Named site tours include the QNGR Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility, the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program high-fidelity mock-up train, the Gold Coast Light Rail Depot, and the Rail Management Centre with a Mayne Yard visit. Conference registration is open, with ARA member prices and group booking discounts. Free exhibition visitor registration opens on 9 November 2026.
Dates and venue are taken from the official AusRAIL site, including the homepage, key dates and program pages.
